We offer parents as well as those affected and specialist staff (such as educators, teachers, doctors and, above all, speech therapists) many options. All with one goal: optimal treatment of the speech therapy disorders that occur in FASD.
The FASD & Speech Therapy Center was founded based on the wishes of parents of children with FASD and the experiences of a certified speech therapist specializing in FASD, who worked with colleagues. A study revealed that speech therapists often don't know which children they are working with, and it's often unclear that these children require a different approach than usual.
We offer a wide range of services to parents, those affected, and professionals (such as educators, teachers, doctors, and especially speech therapists). All of this is aimed at one goal: optimal treatment of the speech and language disorders that occur in FASD.
