Apply for membership

The EUFASD Alliance welcomes NGOs and support organizations as well as health care clinics and others working with FASD in Europe to become members. (Europe is defined according to the WHO.) Individuals are also welcome to become members. 

To become a member, it is required that you share the EUFASD Alliance's goals and visions, and not affiliated with receiving any funding from the alcohol industry or any of its social aspect organizations.

There are three categories of membership:

• • Organizations, clinics and similar 150 EUR (standard). Application form is required, download here  >>
  • Parent organizations 100 EUR (small associations with a limited budget can be granted a reduced fee). Application form is required, download here  >>
  • Individuals 50 EUR. You are warmly welcome to join the community of EUFASD Alliance supporters! It is simple, just provide your full name and address in an e-mail to info@eufasd.org. You will receive a response email with payment instructions. Once you have been a supporting member for two years, you are offered a reduced fee for the EUFASD conference!
